Chasing the Horizon is written by Thomas Kinkade and his brother, Patrick Kinkade. The book is full of tales about their travels to the British Isles and France. Their father accompanied them on their journey. The book has many very humorous stories and included among the pages of tales are pencil sketches by Thomas Kinkade. The two brothers describe themselves as "hopelessly addicted to the joy of travel." Also included among the adventures and sketches are many quotes by various authors. The Kinkades shared from their heart in this book and you feel as if you are reading a personal journal. Also featured in the book are some of Thomas Kinkade's full-color plein air paintings done on location.
