We should all be very careful when
we say "no" to a suggested improvement
or plan made by a subordinate. A "no"
in most cases is final. We are usually more
careful when we say "yes" because we
know that our "yes" decisions will
have to stand the test of performance or further
approval. As a matter of fact, we should be more
careful with our "noes" for the very reason
that they do not have to stand the test of
performance or further approval.
