True....but then what??? Online as we all are....what is in name??? Who are we really??? Someone asked to call me once....and when he called he said...."yeah, Amanda???" I forget his name....but I will NEVER forget hers!!! Carnegie's word definitely work in reverse!!! I felt VERY unimportant!!!
The following is taken from Dale Carnegie's Scrapbook....
"If you make an appointment with another, you are really assuming a trust; if you do not keep faith with him, you are stealing from him--not greenbacks out of his wallet, but filching time out of his bank--something that will be lost to him forever"....Dale Carnegie.
Calling someone and not even remembering their name....is definitely stealing precious time!!! And definitely not a good way to earn that much sought after "trust"!!!
