Jesus the Son of Man

The following are a few excerpts taken from Jesus the Son of Man, written by Kahlil Gibran in 1928. I've chosen some of the more positive views. However, Gibran's book Jesus the Son of Man is written from the standpoint that Jesus wasn't accepted by everyone when He walked the earth. Gibran tried to present Jesus as a common man walking among the people. He was laughed at and scorned as often as He was loved. Gibran's writings show both the negative and the positive feelings towards Jesus. Listed below are just a few of the views:

A rich man On Possessions

Assaph called the orator of Tyre On the Speech of Jesus

John at Patmos, Jesus the Gracious

Luke On Hypocrites

Manasseh, a lawyer in Jerusalem On the Speech and Gesture of Jesus

Mary Magdalen
